The upscale residence is comprised of two and three spacious bedroom furnished and non furnished apartments with balcony for long stayers. Wonderful

The apartment is huge. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is a good size as well as the living/dinning area. Three balconies, two bathrooms with a tub in each. The washing machine with a drying rack was awesome to have. Parking is easy and covered. Check in was great. The staff is very nice. Neighborhood kids all came out to.play on the evening my children enjoyed that.

No after hours phone number that has someone pick up, we wanted to stay an extra day and couldn't book another night. Things were lacking from the kitchen to actually make things or even to wash the dishes There was mold in the bathroom tubs, no way to sweep the floors and there was no offer for cleaning services.

Location is good, large spacious apartment good for family stay.

AC in the room was blowing towards the bed headboard and made it very uncomfortable.

It was spacious apartment, the staffs are great so welcoming and very helpful

The TV channels and the Wifi with poor connections , the king bed needs to change as it's overused.

Very Good

+ Spacious and well furnished rooms + Secure parking + Easy access to Panorama Mall which has a supermarket (Al Meera) and nice food court options + Serviced apartment nestled within a residential community, with nice amenities/play area for kids

- The access key that we were issued stopped working the second night. The office was closed and there was no response upon calling the phone number listed outside their office. We reached out to the apartment security guard, who was kind enough to reach out to the person incharge. The person incharge came and gave us the replacement access key within 10 minutes. All of this happened around 10:30 - 11 PM on the second night of our stay. Not sure what we would have done if we had reached later. The office has fixed working hours and we are on our own outside these working hours I guess, unlike a hotel. - Slightly dated property, needs maintenance - Cleaning is done once every 3 days, only if we request for it - Washing machine was not working initially. We had to call the front office to get this fixed - The curtain rod in the bathroom was held up without any fixtures and this kept falling off

Wonderful

I had travelled year end with family, this is family residence tower and well managed. 2 BHK apartment was very spacious and have everything available, basic kitchen equipment was available and i enjoyed my stay. Recommended for family and value of money. Location also very exceptional next to mall of muscat and lot of other malls.

Kitchen front, more focus is required and it may help guests like i booked two room, and both have differ, like one has a facility while the other has another facility. TV was not working and one room there was no Hot water kettle to make tea

Very Good

Facilities and location is great. I read lots of reviews which was mixed however our experience was great. Apartment was big enough and relatively clean. It’s next to all the big malls and eateries.

The room cleaning schedule was not clean. They never came to clean. We had to request it and they even didn’t clean as they said they only clean when guest are there which is strange.

Spacious apartment perfect for families

The apartmemt was large and spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a roomy kitchen and a large livingroom with both a diningtable and a sitting group. The beds were large and comfortable.

The kitchen was not propperly cleaned. It looked ok, but the cabinetshadles were sticky and some utencils were not propperly cleaned.

Pritty good location. Swimming pools. Supermarket and cafes just 5 minutes walking distance.

The apartment was not very clean. Dirty floor, curtains with dirty spots, very dirty balconies. The kitchen was not shiny. It was not toilet paper, and one water flush did not work (I must admit that these issues were solved in one hour after my request to staff). The gas stove didn't work. There was an additional electrical stove - it was ok. In general, the apartment was not cosy: cleanness, view (some shabby buildings, garbage view from the balcony)

Good stay with family accessible and good price apartment. Just need some maintenance.

Staff are helpful , big rooms and clean

Had bad experience regarding some broken stuff. we understand that the staff is just doing his job but some items need to be checked and need maintenance. The luggage carrier/holder was easily get broken we just place it near by the door then it slide and get broken easily. We pay approx 65$ for the repair fee. But it just needs a screw for it to be fixed.(i dont know its a scam or what). They given me the receipt for my payment and the staff apologized about the delay. Good thing the staff is very polite just to cut off the long conversation we pay and left.( almost 30mins of price settlement and bargaining )Just a friendly tip check all the items during check in and report any broken item immediately. Otherwise its a good place for relaxation with family and friends .pools are great.still ill recommend this place.

- Location - Nursery in the complex - One can walk to the Panorama Mall from inside the complex - Very big appartment - Nice and flexible staff

- Not every appartment has a nice view as they show on the pictures.... - Not that 1 visit Oman for watching TV, but just 3 channels spoken in English of 400+ channels in Arabic, Indian or Farsi is not amusing - Wifi not very strong if far away from router

Location is very good beside many malls and markets.

Cleanliness, breakfast rules (two person only even though you reserve two-bed rooms apartment), breakfast was average. The beds had not been arranged by next day as they said.

I requested for an apartment that has an overview of the pool area,I received a confirmation that there was a room available but during our stay we didn't get the room that we wanted,it was facing the street,otherwise,our stay was great and overall,the place and staff were awesome!

Great location for short stay.

Location was excellent, linked to mall. Room was large, nice and clean and bed very comfy.

Pool was too hot to swim in, needs cooling and also drains in kitchen and en-suite needed to be cleaned. They did this once we brought it to there attention.

The rooms were spacious and had facilities.

They were asking charges separately for swimming pool and wifi when all of it was said to be inclusive in the stay. They had bad cleaning staff who cleaned only once in the three day stay and the suite had no phone to call the reception.

my self snd my family we decided not to come again

the flat was wuite and clean

we faced one problem which is about swimming pool. i took my children for swimmimg ans then one egyption persom cane and asked us to leave the swimming pool because he has course with other children. my children get disappointed and no body inform us about abd this really was not accepted
